Meet the Dentists

Dr. Rick Miller, DDS
Dr. Rick Miller grew up in Grove, attended Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri and attended the Oklahoma University College of Dentistry in Oklahoma City for his dental education. After completing his General Practice Residency at the V.A. Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, he returned to Grove in 1989 to begin his practice with his father Dr. Leonard Miller. He has been married to his wife Juli for 30 years and she has worked in the office since 1989. They have two daughters, Chelsea who is married to Jake Perryman who works in the office, and Madison who attends the University of Oklahoma pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. Dr. Rick and Juli also have two granddaughters Kate and Anna! Dr. Rick has a passion for technology in dentistry and how it is implemented in the office to benefit his patients, giving them the best care possible as well as the patients overall health and its relationship to the dental health. Dr. Rick has spent many hours of Continuing Education in Orthodontics and lnvisalign, Diagnosis & Complex Restorative Treatment, Endodontics (Root Canals), as well as Dental Technologies like 3-D Cone Beam X-rays and single appointment CAD-CAM CEREC crowns. He is also involved with the Spear Education Group at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, American Orthodontic Society, Faculty Club of Spear Education, Spear Education Study Club, Cerecdoctors.com and the Rotary Club of Grove. Dr. Rick is dedicated to helping patients become healthy and keep their teeth for a lifetime. When Dr. Rick is not in the office, he is volunteering at his church and attending OU football games with his family. He loves to play golf and has been a runner since college. Dr. Rick has had a terrific career in hydroplane boat racing since he was 14 years old. He has won numerous National Championships and High Point Championships and has been inducted into the AOF (American Outboard Federation) Hall of Fame in 2000 and was inducted into the APBA (American Powerboat Association) Hall of Champions in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2016.
Dr. Stan Crawford, DDS
Dr. Stan Crawford is an Oklahoma Native.  After a short career in accounting, he graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 1992. It was there that he met the love of his life, Dr. Audrey Crawford.  The two started a dental practice in Grove, OK in 1993 before merging their practice with Drs Rick and Leonard Miller in 1996. Dr. Stan has focused his continuing education on cosmetic and implant dentistry and has been placing implants for over 20 years.  He enjoys integrating new technology into his practice to deliver the finest dental experience and results available to his patients.  He especially enjoys guided implant surgery to place implants with a high level of confidence and precision.  He also provides Botox and treatment for snoring and sleep disorders.  Dr. Stan recently finished his third 3-year term on the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry where he served as First Vice President.  He is an examiner for the Western Regional Exam Board, which gives licensure exams to graduating dentists across the country.  Dr. Stan has also served on the Board of Directors for Bank of Grove for the past 10 years.  He is a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, Pierre Fauchard Academy and Spear Education Faculty Club.Drs Stan and Audrey have served their community and the nations throughout the years through dental mission work. They have 6 children and two grandchildren.  Dr. Stan enjoys traveling with his family as well as hunting and fishing.
Dr. Audrey Crawford, DDS
Dr. Audrey Crawford knew she wanted to be a dentist at a very young age. In fact, she was so focused on that goal that she became one of the youngest graduates ever from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry at the age of 24. After graduating from dental school in 1992, Audrey spent a year in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program that included training at Oklahoma Memorial Hospital and Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City. She then married her husband, Dr. Stan Crawford and the two have practiced dentistry in Grove alongside each other since 1993.  Dr. Audrey is passionate about the well-being of her patients and teaches that oral health is the gateway to overall health. She has extensive education in nutrition and sleep-disordered breathing and desires to help her patients make healthy lifestyle choices. Through serving her patients both young and old, Dr. Audrey truly acts as her patient’s teammate and advocate for dental health, emotional well-being, physical stability, and longevity.  Dr. Audrey is well known in the Grove community for her compassion and care for her pediatric patients. She loves seeing children of all ages and helping them conquer their apprehension and fear of dentistry. Dr. Audrey also has extensive training in the use of lasers in dentistry and is the only dentist in the area certified by the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry to perform LANAP, a ground-breaking laser treatment for gum disease.  Dr. Audrey has always been very involved in our community and is currently serving on the Grove Public Schools Board of Education. She is also a sitting member of the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry. She was recently honored by the Oklahoma Dental Association for community service.  In her spare time, Dr. Audrey enjoys spending time with her family, including her six children and two grandchildren. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations. One of her many personal goals is to write and publish a book.
Dr. Raegan Vaughan, DDS
Dr. Vaughan was born and raised in Altus, Oklahoma.  After graduating from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, he worked for one year in the oil and gas industry.  Knowing his true passion was in dentistry, he chose to return to school and attend the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry where he graduated with distinction in 2016.  Shortly after graduation, Dr. Raegan joined Grove Dental Associates.  He enjoys developing personal relationships with his patients while restoring their mouths to health.  He says “I am privileged to be a part of this profession and work with such a great team and group of doctors.  My favorite part of dentistry is when I am able to help a patient discover the road to wellness.  It is enjoyable seeing people make decisions that benefit their well-being and quality of life.  The path is different for every individual because everyone presents with his or her own personal needs and expectations.  I love that I can use my artistic and problem-solving skills to help patients meet their goals.  It is such a rewarding feeling when a mouth is restored to health and someone is able to take ownership and pride in their teeth.”  Dr. Raegan is a member of the Oklahoma Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.  He has expanded on his dental education by attending courses at Spear Education, Sirona World, and the Oklahoma Dental Association’s Annual Meeting.  He also stays up to date on current issues in dentistry via the Journal of the American Dental Association and other peer-reviewed publications.  On a personal note, Raegan and his wife Sara, who serves the Grove community as a Physician Assistant, are expecting their first child in 2018.  Raegan enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing, and is a big fan of OSU Athletics.  He attends the First United Methodist Church of Grove and is a member of the Grove Rotary Club, through which he enjoys volunteering his time and participating in events that benefit the community.
